Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

Customers can exchange jewellery for another product of equal or higher value by paying the difference amount, if applicable.

6. Return Shipping

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
• We recommend using insured courier services for valuable items.
• Maheshwari Jewellery is not responsible for lost return shipments.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with product photos and order details for quick assistance.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
